Chodakiewitz is a Qualified Medical Evaluator and has been treating
industrially related psychiatric conditions and disorders for
over 20 years. Dr. Chodakiewitz will help determine if an injury
is compensable and if it a mental disorder which causes disability
or need for medical treatment as defined under the labor code.
